  • Training & Certification: Live webinars, online training, and CPD-accredited programs under Ipetro Academy.

All content, materials, and tools provided under both service categories are the intellectual property of Ipetro Services Sdn Bhd and may not be copied or reused without consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of our website or services unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Any disputes will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to maintain professionalism in both service delivery and training. This policy outlines your right to request cancellations or refunds.

For Ipetro Academy (Training Services)

  • No refunds are granted once access to training materials has been given.
  • Recording will be emailed within 3 days after the webinar.
  • If postponed by Ipetro, participants will be notified and offered rescheduling or webinar transfer.
  • For public and in-house courses, refer to the quotation or booking form for refund policy.

For Asset Integrity Services

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing as per quotation and agreement.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to deductions for any work, resources, or site prep already conducted.

Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we deliver our services to customers and participants across both categories.

1. For Asset Integrity Management Services

  • Service initiation will follow a formal agreement or purchase order.
  • A project manager or coordinator will be assigned and updates provided as per agreed timeline.

2. For Ipetro Academy

  • Webinar links and materials will be emailed at least a day before the webinar starts.
  • Recordings and certificates will be delivered within 3 working days after the event.
  • For public and in-house training, Joining Instruction will be sent upon confirmation of payment.

3. Communication

We communicate via email, WhatsApp, or official company numbers. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
